This is a simple fish recipe which can be served as a side dish. It is fried fish and can b cook so easily.It is spicy in taste and can be serve with rice or fried rice. You can take any fish.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Kg Fish (500 Gram)
1 TBS Garlic Paste
2 TBS Lemon Juice
3-4 TBS National Masala
Oil For Frying
METHOD:
In National masala, add garlic and lemon juice and marinate fish with that mixture and keep that marinated fish for 30 minutes.Now in a pan add oil n make it hot..
when the oil gets hot, add marinated fish pieces n fry them until the color of fish changes to light golden.
Note: While frying fish keep your burner heat low so that it cooks well deep inside
Fish is ready
To Garnish add onion pieces in sprinkle shape..
