Chicken Manchorian



INGREDIENTS:

250 gram Chicken Boneless,(cubic shape)
2 Onion,
Green Chili (without seed),
1 egg,
Salt (as required),
Black pepper(as required),
1 TBS vinegar,
1/2 TBS,
5 TBS corn flour,
6 TBS Oil,
3 TBS chilli sauce,
5 TBS tomato ketchup,
MORE INGREDIENTS ;
1 TBS soya sauce,
½ TBS vinegar,
1inch ginger piece paste,
paste of 3 garlic pieces,
2 cup soup,
Salt ( as required ),
¼ TBS sugar,
corn flour mixed in water,

PREPARATION 

Take chicken boneless cubic pieces and marinate with salt, black pepper, vinegar and soya sauce and keep it in refrigerator for half hour. 
Now take a bowel and add egg n corn flour mix it.                                        
Now coat this egg, corn flour mixture on chicken..                                                                                        Take some oil in a pan n make it hot.                                                    
Now deep fry chicken pieces.                                                                      
NOTE: while frying chicken pieces, only add one piece at a time to get good results.                                  When chicken pieces start turning their color in light brown, take out chicken pieces and put them on kitchen towel.                                                                                 
Take out all oil except 1 TBS from the pan, now add ginger garlic paste after 1 min add green chili n fry again.                                                                                            
Now add soup (yukhni) and cook for 5 min.                                                            
Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, salt(as required) and black pepper..in this mixture add corn flour paste slowly beat the spoon so that it makes some thick gravy.                     
Now add chicken cube in that gravy and add some onion n cook for 3-4 min..
Dish is ready add some coriander n serve with rice or Egg fried rice..

Fried Lamp Chops( Champ )




This is the smallest and easiest recipe you should try this by following the instructions provided bellow:

INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 kg chops.
2 eggs.
salt,(as required)
spice,
1 TBS ginger n garlic paste
Geera Masala(Gram masala)
Oil (as required)
100 gram corn flour,

PREPARATION :

Take chops and add salt n boil them
When chops cooked, take out the chops
Now make paste of corn flour, eggs, geera masala n red chili .
Now marinate this paste on chops n keep it for 1 hour
After 1 hour take a pan n add oil or butter and fry the chops…its ready now.


Egg Fried Rice

 

INGREDIENTS :

2 cup rice ( boil and strained )
1/2 cup carrot (chop or Julian cut )
1/2 cup cabbage ( chop or Julian cut )
1/2 cup green pepper ( chop or Julian )
1/2 cup green onion (chop or Julian..only green parts)

2 eggs(beat eggs and add salt and black pepper..make omelet and cut into small pieces)
3 TBS soya sauce
3 TBS chili sauce
3 TBS vinegar
1/2 TBS white pepper
Salt ( as required )
3 TBS oil
1 piece knoor chicken cube( mix with 1 TBS white flour and mash cube with finger tips )

METHOD:

Take a pan and heat up the oil..
when oil gets hot , add all vegetables besides onion..
Now stir fry the vegatables for about 2-3 mints until the color changes
Now add boil rice and add all remaining ingredients and sir fry for 3-4 min.....after some time turn off the burner ..
best serve with salad..

SpIcY pAsTa


This is a very simple and easy recipe..

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg chicken boneless (small and long pieces)
2TBS olive oil
1 TBS garlic
1 TBS ginger 
1 onion (Julian cut)
1 Green pepper  (Julian cut)
1 cup pasta (boiled)
Red chili (According to taste)
Green chili (According To taste)
15-20 pieces of Coriander 

METHOD:

take a pan and add 3 TBS olive oil.
Now add ! TBS Garlic, 1 TBS Ginger, And some salt and fry these things.
Now add chicken pieces and fry the chicken again.
At this time when the chicken color start turning in light golden, add onion n green pepper Julian cut and fry a little.
After 2 min add cup of boil pasta, coriander and 2 TBS olive oil and fry for 1 minute..
After 1 minute add 1 TBS lemon juice and turn off the burner...Spicy Pasta is ready..
For Garnishing add some coriander pieces..

ChIcKeN TiKkA


Its a very delicious  recipe specially for those who love spicy and chatkhara foods...for this recipe you need following Ingredients 

INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken 8 pieces   
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 TBS Red chili powder
Salt (As required )
2 TBS Lemon Juice
!/4 TBS black pepper
2 TBS National Tikka Masala
1/2 TBS National Chat Masala
1/2 TBS Cumin Powder
1 TBS Garlic paste
1TBS Ginger Paste

METHOD

Take a bowel and add 1/2 cup yogurt and add all ingredients very well and marinate the chicken with that mixture for 1 night in refrigerate.
Now take a sauce pan n add 2  TBS oil.
Now stem cook the chicken pieces at medium heat.
When it cooks well, you can grill it in oven or pan fry...
Your healthy delicious Chicken food is ready...serve it with Nan , salad and Mint Chatni...  

White Chicken Roast





INGREDIENTS:

1kg chicken
50g Yogurt
100g Cream
4TBS Lemon juice
Salt (according to taste)
White pepper (according to taste)
Green chili (according to taste)

METHOD:

Take a bowel n add yogurt.
Now add all ingredients and mix them.
When the mixture is ready, add chicken pieces and leave the mixture for 2 hours.
After 2 hours take a pan n add some oil for fry.
Now add the chicken pieces n fry them until it cooked and vaporized the water.
Your spicy Rosted chicken is ready .
Serve with Rogani nan n mint chatni

ChIcKeN ChArGhA


Its very Easy to make that dish..that will only take 35-40 minutes to cook
Chargha is the most Delicious n popular chicken roast recipe which is especially use in Asian Desi food.
In Pakistan It is a special dish in Blochistan, Quetta, N other Pukhtoon areas.
its very easy to cook an outstanding Chicken Chargha At your homen gain admiration by your friends n family...:-)

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Chicken (neat N clean)
1/2 cup Yougurt
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
Few drops of Yellow Food Color
1 TBSP Black Pepper (crushed)
1 TBSP Red chili (Powder)
Salt according to your taste
1 TBSP White Cumin Seeds
1 TBSP Garlic Ginger Paste
4 Lemons
Oil for frying

METHOD

First of all mix vinegar and yellow(zarda) food color and apply that mixture all over chicken for half hour
(Note: If You put the tiny cuts on chicken pieces it will become more Delicious in taste.)
Now take a bowel and put yogurt ,ginger garlic paste,red chili (according to your taste),crushed black pepper n cumin seeds and mix them all nicely.
Apply that mixture on chicken with lemon and keep that chicken with full of mixture for half an hour.
This step is very special you can say the heart of Chargha, put that chicken in steam for 20 minutes best opetion is pressure cooker.
Now take a pan n put some oil for frying n fry that steamed chicken until the chicken color changes to golden brown.
The chargha is ready now
best serve with Roghni Nan, chili mixed mint Chutney n Ketchup..:-)
