Chicken Manchorian



INGREDIENTS:

250 gram Chicken Boneless,(cubic shape)
2 Onion,
Green Chili (without seed),
1 egg,
Salt (as required),
Black pepper(as required),
1 TBS vinegar,
1/2 TBS,
5 TBS corn flour,
6 TBS Oil,
3 TBS chilli sauce,
5 TBS tomato ketchup,
MORE INGREDIENTS ;
1 TBS soya sauce,
½ TBS vinegar,
1inch ginger piece paste,
paste of 3 garlic pieces,
2 cup soup,
Salt ( as required ),
¼ TBS sugar,
corn flour mixed in water,

PREPARATION 

Take chicken boneless cubic pieces and marinate with salt, black pepper, vinegar and soya sauce and keep it in refrigerator for half hour. 
Now take a bowel and add egg n corn flour mix it.                                        
Now coat this egg, corn flour mixture on chicken..                                                                                        Take some oil in a pan n make it hot.                                                    
Now deep fry chicken pieces.                                                                      
NOTE: while frying chicken pieces, only add one piece at a time to get good results.                                  When chicken pieces start turning their color in light brown, take out chicken pieces and put them on kitchen towel.                                                                                 
Take out all oil except 1 TBS from the pan, now add ginger garlic paste after 1 min add green chili n fry again.                                                                                            
Now add soup (yukhni) and cook for 5 min.                                                            
Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, salt(as required) and black pepper..in this mixture add corn flour paste slowly beat the spoon so that it makes some thick gravy.                     
Now add chicken cube in that gravy and add some onion n cook for 3-4 min..
Dish is ready add some coriander n serve with rice or Egg fried rice..
