INGREDIENTS :
2 cup rice ( boil and strained )1/2 cup carrot (chop or Julian cut )
1/2 cup cabbage ( chop or Julian cut )
1/2 cup green pepper ( chop or Julian )
1/2 cup green onion (chop or Julian..only green parts)
2 eggs(beat eggs and add salt and black pepper..make omelet and cut into small pieces)
3 TBS soya sauce
3 TBS chili sauce
3 TBS vinegar
1/2 TBS white pepper
Salt ( as required )
3 TBS oil
1 piece knoor chicken cube( mix with 1 TBS white flour and mash cube with finger tips )
METHOD:
Take a pan and heat up the oil..when oil gets hot , add all vegetables besides onion..
Now stir fry the vegatables for about 2-3 mints until the color changes
Now add boil rice and add all remaining ingredients and sir fry for 3-4 min.....after some time turn off the burner ..
best serve with salad..
